Eddie and Venom, on the run, face pursuit from both worlds. As the going gets tough, they’re forced to make a heartbreaking choice that could spell the end of their symbiotic partnership. Take a look at some of our favorite superheroes who are both suited and unlikable. Andy Serkis was keen to return to directing after joining Venom 2 (2021), but was unable to do so due to his commitments to Animal Farm (2025) (which he previously delayed directing).

A year together

Kelly Marcel took over as director for the film. However, Serkis will go on to provide the voice of the character Knull. During a set shoot in Las Vegas, you can see the Sphere, a structure that was completed and opened in 2023. However, Eddie mentions in the film that he and Venom.

Cuss words that were silenced

The first Venom film takes place in 2018, which puts this film in 2019, 4 years before the existence of the sphere. The 7PM Project: Episode featured on October 25, 2024 (2024). "Venom: The Last Dance" fails to provide a satisfying conclusion to the story of Eddie Brock and Venom, and sadly falters as the final chapter of the Venom trilogy. Tom Hardy’s performance as Eddie Brock is outstanding, capturing the inner struggle and chaotic partnership with Venom. . The action sequences are visually decent, but they lack the intensity and creativity needed to elevate the film. The plot feels confusing and lacks a clear direction, leaving the audience feeling a bit disconnected from the plot.

The supporting characters are underdeveloped and fail to make a lasting impression

Overall, "Venom: The Last Dance" is a forgettable entry in the superhero genre. It lacks the spark and originality of its predecessors, leaving fans disappointed. While Tom Hardy’s performance is commendable, it’s not enough to save a film that feels like a missed opportunity.
