The characters just sit there, doing absolutely nothing

It is painfully slow and painfully boring: literally nothing happens. Five people walked out of the cinema and I honestly don’t blame them.

That’s it: two hours of nothing

I understand that it is supposed to describe what life was like back then, but even in those days, people had daily chores and activities. This movie, however, is just endless silence and characters lying in bed.

I couldn’t wait to get home

I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. In fact, this could easily be used as a form of torture.
