In San Francisco in 1900, a white woman is murdered in Chinatown and the suspect is a Chinese man. The murder causes social upheaval, and the public demands that Chinatown be banned. Chinese doctor Qin Fu (Liu Haoran) and Chinese doctor Ah Gui (Wang Baoqiang) are involved in the case and race against time to find the murderer.
