There is a correlation between the two series, obviously it was said that it was “influenced” by it, but to be honest I did not expect such a plot. Don’t get me wrong, the series so far is great, great cast, good photography, but it was nothing that I hadn’t already seen in the French version. It is too early to say how it will end, but I highly recommend that anyone who has not yet watched The Bureau do so. After Fassbender played a hitman in David Fincher’s The Killer, and I saw that he was cast, I knew right away that he was a great choice for the role.
It’s not something you’d watch while riding a bike on an indoor trainer
These types of shows actually require a bit of concentration when watching them, so that you can keep up with all the characters in the plot and the little details about them. Some might even consider them slow, maybe even boring, but those very complicated personal traits and struggles that the characters have, plus the slow build-up of tension, are what make them great, in my opinion. You either love these types of shows or you don’t like them at all, there’s no middle ground.
